Hard courts are the most commonly used surface. While they involve a higher initial cost, they offer lower long-term maintenance. A well-maintained hard court typically lasts 20 years, while a post-tension concrete court will last 50+ years.
We recommend resurfacing every 5 to 7 years.

How long does pickleball court construction take?
A complete new construction typically takes about four to eight weeks, depending on court type and site conditions. A resurface should take about four to five days. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
What are the dimensions of a pickleball court?
The minimum size for a pickleball court (playing lines and minimum overruns) is 30’x60′. A standard tennis court (60’x120′) can accommodate four pickleball courts—perfect if you want to host a pickleball party! Most residential clients stripe one or two pickleball courts.
Can you convert my tennis court to pickleball?
Yes! We specialize in tennis-to-pickleball conversions. You can add pickleball lines to your existing tennis court, add mobile pickleball nets, or fully convert the space to dedicated pickleball courts. We’ll assess your court and recommend the best approach.
What's the most common problem with outdoor courts?
Cracking is the most common issue with asphalt and concrete courts due to natural shrinking, weathering, and aging. Quality design and construction can minimize or delay cracking but cannot eliminate it entirely. We offer professional crack repair and resurfacing services, including fabric crack repair systems that provide years of reliable performance.
